Privacy Policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
Dental Reachify is run by 18005265 Canada Inc. ("we", "us"), a federal Canadian corporation owned by Fred Hazelton and based in Orleans, Ontario. We help dental clinics with Facebook and Instagram ads and Meta Pixel setup. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We follow Canada's federal privacy law, PIPEDA.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, and anything you type into the booking form. Booking runs on Cal.com, a separate company.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- When you visit this site: our host, Cloudflare, keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
- If you accept the Meta Pixel: see "Meta Pixel" below.
- Clinic business details: public information about clinics, such as the clinic name, website, and published business email, which we use to contact clinic owners about our services.
We do not ask for patient information, and we ask you not to send any.
Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It only loads if you click Accept in our banner. If you click Decline, it does not load.
When it runs, it sends Meta:
- the pages you view on this site,
- events such as clicking a "Book" button,
- technical details such as your IP address, browser, device, and Meta cookies.
Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account. We use it to see which of our ads lead to bookings and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy.
How to opt out:
- Click Decline in the banner, or use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to change your choice.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
- Turn off ad personalization in your device's ad settings.
- In Facebook or Instagram, go to Accounts Center, then Ad preferences, and turn off ads based on activity from other sites.
How we use it
- To hold and run your booking and follow up after it.
- To answer your messages.
- To measure our own ads (only if you accept the Pixel).
- To send business emails about our services to clinic owners. Every email says who we are, gives our mailing address, and has a way to unsubscribe. We act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We use four service providers: Cal.com (booking), Cloudflare (website hosting), Google Workspace (our email, including messages you send us and our emails to clinics), and Meta (ads and the Pixel). Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law. We share information only as needed for them to do their job, or when the law requires it.
Client work
When a clinic hires us, we may work inside its Meta ad account, Pixel, and website tracking. We set up tracking so that no health-related details are sent to Meta. The clinic is responsible for its own website's privacy policy and for its patients' information. {{CLIENT_DATA_ROLE — confirm with a lawyer}}
How long we keep it
We keep lead and booking information for 12 months, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving our emails. Write to us and we will answer within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
